Abstrak
The distribution process at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Boyolali which is carried out almost every day is directly proportional to the production process that is running every day. Distribution is done by transporting the product by each project in need. At one time, the distribution process can take a long time due to many factors. one of them is the finishing process which is often carried out when it will be distributed and the product stockyard area is not able to accommodate the number of products produced every day. PT Wijaya Karya Beton Boyolali also tries to send some of the products that have not been distributed by storing the products in additional storage areas. In order to shorten the distribution time, the researcher tries to analyze the problem at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Boyolali.
